ae24e13a9f disas: Remove target_words_bigendian() call in initialize_debug_target()
All CPUClass implementating disas_set_info() must set the
disassemble_info::endian value.

Ensure that by setting %endian to BFD_ENDIAN_UNKNOWN before
calling the CPUClass::disas_set_info() handler, then asserting
%endian is not BFD_ENDIAN_UNKNOWN after the call.

This allows removing the target_words_bigendian() call in disas/.

bf60e2a72a disas/hppa: implement mfdiag/mtdiag disassembly
The various PA-RISC CPUs implement different CPU-specific diag
instructions (mfdiag, mtdiag, mfcpu, mtcpu, ...) to access CPU-internal
diagnose/configuration registers, e.g. for cache control, managing space
register hashing, control front panel LEDs and read status of the
hardware reset button.

Those instructions are mostly undocumented, but are used by ODE, HP-UX
and Linux.

This patch adds some neccessary instructions for PCXL and PCXU CPUs.

f65f3ebfad disas/riscv: Guard dec->cfg dereference for host disassemble
For riscv host, it will set dec->cfg to zero. Thus we shuld guard
the dec->cfg deference for riscv host disassemble.

And in general, we should only use dec->cfg for target in three cases:

1) For not incompatible encodings, such as zcmp/zcmt/zfinx.
2) For maybe-ops encodings, they are better to be disassembled to
   the "real" extensions, such as zicfiss. The guard of dec->zimop
   and dec->zcmop is for comment and avoid check for every extension
   that encoded in maybe-ops area.
3) For custom encodings, we have to use dec->cfg to disassemble
   custom encodings using the same encoding area.

83b4613ba8 disas: introduce show_opcodes
For plugins we don't expect the raw opcodes in the disassembly. We
already deal with this by hand crafting our capstone call but for
other diassemblers we need a flag. Introduce show_opcodes which
defaults to off.

3910de6fc7 disas/riscv: Clean up includes
This commit was created with scripts/clean-includes:
 ./scripts/clean-includes --git disas/riscv disas/riscv*[ch]

All .c should include qemu/osdep.h first. The script performs three
related cleanups:

* Ensure .c files include qemu/osdep.h first.
* Including it in a .h is redundant, since the .c already includes
  it.  Drop such inclusions.
* Likewise, including headers qemu/osdep.h includes is redundant.
  Drop these, too.

2f926bfd5b disas/hppa: Show hexcode of instruction along with disassembly
On hppa many instructions can be expressed by different bytecodes.

36df75a0a9 riscv/disas: Fix disas output of upper immediates
The GNU assembler produces the following output for instructions
with upper immediates:
    00002597                auipc   a1,0x2
    000024b7                lui     s1,0x2
    6409                    lui     s0,0x2 # c.lui

The immediate operands of upper immediates are not shifted.

However, the QEMU disassembler prints them shifted:
    00002597          auipc                   a1,8192
    000024b7          lui                     s1,8192
    6409              lui                     s0,8192 # c.lui

The current implementation extracts the immediate bits and shifts the by 12,
so the internal representation of the immediate is the actual immediate.
However, the immediates are later printed using rv_fmt_rd_imm or
rv_fmt_rd_offset, which don't undo the shift.

Let's fix this by using specific output formats for instructions
with upper immediates, that take care of the shift.

a47842d166 riscv: Add support for the Zfa extension
This patch introduces the RISC-V Zfa extension, which introduces
additional floating-point instructions:
* fli (load-immediate) with pre-defined immediates
* fminm/fmaxm (like fmin/fmax but with different NaN behaviour)
* fround/froundmx (round to integer)
* fcvtmod.w.d (Modular Convert-to-Integer)
* fmv* to access high bits of float register bigger than XLEN
* Quiet comparison instructions (fleq/fltq)

Zfa defines its instructions in combination with the following extensions:
* single-precision floating-point (F)
* double-precision floating-point (D)
* quad-precision floating-point (Q)
* half-precision floating-point (Zfh)

Since QEMU does not support the RISC-V quad-precision floating-point
ISA extension (Q), this patch does not include the instructions that
depend on this extension. All other instructions are included in this
patch.

The Zfa specification can be found here:
  https://github.com/riscv/riscv-isa-manual/blob/master/src/zfa.tex
The Zfa specifciation is frozen and is in public review since May 3, 2023:
  https://groups.google.com/a/groups.riscv.org/g/isa-dev/c/SED4ntBkabg

The patch also includes a TCG test for the fcvtmod.w.d instruction.
The test cases test for correct results and flag behaviour.
Note, that the Zfa specification requires fcvtmod's flag behaviour
to be identical to a fcvt with the same operands (which is also
tested).
