Shannon Zhao	c2f7c0c306	hw/arm/virt-acpi-build: Generate FADT table and update ACPI headers ... In the case of mach virt, it is used to set the Hardware Reduced bit and enable PSCI SMP booting through HVC. So ignore FACS and FADT points to DSDT. Shannon Zhao	395e5fb442	hw/i386: Move ACPI header definitions in an arch-independent location ... The ACPI related header file acpi-defs.h, includes definitions that apply on other architectures as well. Move it in `include/hw/acpi/` to sanely include it from other architectures.
