With the release of QEMU 10.1, the pc-q35-4.1 machine will be older
than 6 years and thus will get disabled automatically by the
MACHINE_VER_DELETION() macro. Remove the related test to avoid
that the q35-test is failing when the machine is not available anymore.

The general expectation is that header files should follow the same
file/path naming scheme as the corresponding source file. There are
various historical exceptions to this practice in QEMU, with one of
the most notable being the include/qapi/qmp/ directory. Most of the
headers there correspond to source files in qobject/.
This patch corrects most of that inconsistency by creating
include/qobject/ and moving the headers for qobject/ there.
This also fixes MAINTAINERS for include/qapi/qmp/dispatch.h:
scripts/get_maintainer.pl now reports "QAPI" instead of "No
maintainers found".

Use the qtest_system_reset() function in various tests that were
previously open-coding the system-reset. Note that in several
cases this fixes a bug where the test did not wait for the RESET
QMP event before continuing.

Since commit a2ce7dbd91 ("meson: convert tests/qtest to meson"),
libqtest.h is under libqos/ directory, while libqtest.c is still in
qtest/. Move back to its original location to avoid mixing with libqos/.

The tests directory itself is pretty overcrowded, and it's hard to
see which test belongs to which test subsystem (unit, qtest, ...).
Let's move the qtests to a separate folder for more clarity.
