Igor Mammedov	a66e657e18	pci/pcie: convert PCIE hotplug to use hotplug-handler API ... Split pcie_cap_slot_hotplug() into hotplug/unplug callbacks and register them as "hotplug-handler" interface implementation of PCIE_SLOT device. Marcel Apfelbaum	5a03e708f2	hw/pcie: AER and hot-plug events must use device's interrupt ... The fields hpev_intx and aer_intx were removed because both AER and hot-plug events must use device's interrupt. Assert/deassert interrupts using pci irq wrappers instead. Paolo Bonzini	0d09e41a51	hw: move headers to include/ ... Many of these should be cleaned up with proper qdev-/QOM-ification. Right now there are many catch-all headers in include/hw/ARCH depending on cpu.h, and this makes it necessary to compile these files per-target. However, fixing this does not belong in these patches.
