The interrupt enable registers are not reset to 0 on Freescale eSDHC
but some bits are enabled on reset. At least some U-Boot versions seem
to expect this and not initialise these registers before expecting
interrupts. Use existing vendor property for Freescale eSDHC and set
the reset value of the interrupt registers to match Freescale
documentation.

Currently we handle the 'dumpdtb' machine sub-option ad-hoc in every
board model that has an FDT. It's up to the board code to make sure
it calls qemu_fdt_dumpdtb() in the right place.
This means we're inconsistent and often just ignore the user's
command line argument:
* if the board doesn't have an FDT at all
* if the board supports FDT, but there happens not to be one
present (usually because of a missing -fdt option)
This isn't very helpful because it gives the user no clue why their
option was ignored.
However, in order to support the QMP/HMP dumpdtb commands we require
now that every FDT machine stores a pointer to the FDT in
MachineState::fdt. This means we can handle -machine dumpdtb
centrally by calling the qmp_dumpdtb() function, unifying its
handling with the QMP/HMP commands. All the board code calls to
qemu_fdt_dumpdtb() can then be removed.
For this commit we retain the existing behaviour that if there
is no FDT we silently ignore the -machine dumpdtb option.

hw/char/serial currently contains the implementation of both TYPE_SERIAL and
TYPE_SERIAL_MM. According to serial_class_init(), TYPE_SERIAL is an internal
class while TYPE_SERIAL_MM is used by numerous machine types directly. Let's
move the latter into its own module which makes the dependencies more obvious
and the code more tidy.
The includes and the dependencies have been converted mechanically except in the
hw/char directories which were updated manually. The result was compile-tested.
Now, only hw/char makes direct use of TYPE_SERIAL:

The 'start-powered-off' property has been added to ARM CPUs in
commit 5de164304a ("arm: Allow secondary KVM CPUs to be booted
via PSCI"), then eventually got generalized to all CPUs in commit
c1b701587e ("target/arm: Move start-powered-off property to generic
CPUState"). Since all CPUs have it, no need to check whether it is
available. Updating this property can't fail, so use &error_abort.

ppce500_reset_device_tree is registered for system reset, but after
c4b075318e this function rerandomizes rng-seed via
qemu_guest_getrandom_nofail. And when loading a snapshot, it tries to read
EVENT_RANDOM that doesn't exist, so we have an error:
qemu-system-ppc: Missing random event in the replay log
To fix this, use qemu_register_reset_nosnapshotload instead of
qemu_register_reset.

Allows e500 boards to have their root file system reside on flash using
only builtin devices located in the eLBC memory region.
Note that the flash memory area is only created when a -pflash argument is
given, and that the size is determined by the given file. The idea is to
put users into control.

PlatformBusDevice has an mmio attribute which gets aliased to
SysBusDevice::mmio[0]. So PlatformbusDevice::mmio can be used directly,

If the FDT contains /chosen/rng-seed, then the Linux RNG will use it to
initialize early. Set this using the usual guest random number
generation function. This is confirmed to successfully initialize the
RNG on Linux 5.19-rc6. The rng-seed node is part of the DT spec. Set
this on the paravirt platforms, spapr and e500, just as is done on other
architectures with paravirt hardware.

g_new(T, n) is neater than g_malloc(sizeof(T) * n). It's also safer,
for two reasons. One, it catches multiplication overflowing size_t.
Two, it returns T * rather than void *, which lets the compiler catch
more type errors.
This commit only touches allocations with size arguments of the form
sizeof(T).

DeviceState.id is a pointer to a string that is stored in the QemuOpts
object DeviceState.opts and freed together with it. We want to create
devices without going through QemuOpts in the future, so make this a
separately allocated string.

Per devicetree spec v0.3 [1] chapter 2.3.5:
The #address-cells and #size-cells properties are not inherited
from ancestors in the devicetree. They shall be explicitly defined.
If missing, a client program should assume a default value of 2
for #address-cells, and a value of 1 for #size-cells.
These properties are currently missing, causing the <reg> property
of the queue-group subnode to be incorrectly parsed using default
values.

The eTSEC node should provide an empty <ranges> property in the
eTSEC node, otherwise of_translate_address() in the Linux kernel
fails to get the eTSEC register base, reporting:

Per devicetree spec v0.3 [1] chapter 2.3.8:
If the property is not present in a bus node, it is assumed that
no mapping exists between children of the node and the parent
address space.
This is why of_translate_address() aborts the address translation.
Apparently U-Boot devicetree parser seems to be tolerant with
missing <ranges> as this was not noticed when testing with U-Boot.
The empty <ranges> property is present in all kernel shipped dtsi
files for eTSEC, Let's add it to conform with the spec.

Instead of setting CPUState::halted to 1 in ppce500_cpu_reset_sec(), use
the start-powered-off property which makes cpu_common_reset() initialize it
to 1 in common code.
Also change creation of CPU object from cpu_create() to object_new() and
qdev_realize_and_unref() because cpu_create() realizes the CPU and it's not
possible to set a property after the object is realized.

Without the "when strict", Coccinelle transforms vfio_msix_setup(),
incorrectly. I don't know what exactly "when strict" does, only that
it helps here.
The match of return is narrower than what I want, but I can't figure
out how to express "return where the operand doesn't use @err". For
an example where it's too narrow, see vfio_intx_enable().
Silently fails to convert hw/arm/armsse.c, because Coccinelle gets
confused by ARMSSE being used both as typedef and function-like macro
there. Converted manually.

Chokes on hw/arm/musicpal.c's lcd_refresh() with the unhelpful error
message "no position information". Nothing to convert there; skipped.
Fails to convert hw/arm/armsse.c, because Coccinelle gets confused by
ARMSSE being used both as typedef and function-like macro there.
Converted manually.

The first rule exempts hw/arm/highbank.c, because it matches along two
control flow paths there, with different @type_name. Covered by the
next commit's manual conversions.
Missing #include "qapi/error.h" added manually.
