Daniel P. Berrangé	d6758495d8	qapi: make most CPU commands unconditionally available ... This removes the TARGET_* conditions from all the CPU commands that are conceptually target independent. Top level stubs are provided to cope with targets which do not currently implement all of the commands. Adjust the doc comments accordingly. Philippe Mathieu-Daudé	32cad1ffb8	include: Rename sysemu/ -> system/ ... Headers in include/sysemu/ are not only related to system *emulation*, they are also used by virtualization. Rename as system/ which is clearer. Files renamed manually then mechanical change using sed tool.
