f0bc6bf725 hw/i386/pc: Create RTC controllers in south bridges 
Just like in the real hardware (and in PIIX4), create the RTC
controllers in the south bridges.

1a6981bbdc hw: Move ich9.h to southbridge/ 
ICH9 is a south bridge which doesn't necessarily depend on x86, so move
it into the southbridge folder, analoguous to PIIX.
