The 'handle_recv_msg' method has a 4k byte array used for copying
data between the network socket and guest memory. Skip the automatic
zero-init of this array to eliminate the performance overhead in the
I/O hot path.
The 'data_buf' array will be fully initialized when data is read
off the network socket.

Now that all of the Property arrays are counted, we can remove
the terminator object from each array. Update the assertions
in device_class_set_props to match.
With struct Property being 88 bytes, this was a rather large
form of terminator. Saves 30k from qemu-system-aarch64.

The qemu_*block() functions are meant to be be used with sockets (the
win32 implementation expects SOCKET)
Over time, those functions where used with Win32 SOCKET or
file-descriptors interchangeably. But for portability, they must only be
used with socket-like file-descriptors. FDs can use
g_unix_set_fd_nonblocking() instead.
Rename the functions with "socket" in the name to prevent bad usages.
This is effectively reverting commit f9e8cacc55 ("oslib-posix:
rename socket_set_nonblock() to qemu_set_nonblock()").
