b0d4d4a0e7 Prevent one-at-a-time print-sequence on Method printers. 
There'd _maybe_ be space for prints less than 1cm high for this mode, but even that is tricky.

3417a858b4 Use default prime tower position for everyone 
This is necessary to ensure that all printers use a valid prime tower position, now that the position computation rule has changed and includes the base/brim.

6899cb521c Fix translations. 
Given that we're still in negotiation with the new translation service after our trial period ran out, we've sadly had to rely on machine translations for these. Czech was missing the new Gradual Flow settings, and German had an unrelated setting description somehow end up as a label for another.
