Apply support expansion to platform adhesion and shields 
Platform adhesion and shields all go around the support, the expanded support. Support expansion is almost like an expansion of the mesh itself, except that infill wipe distance and such don't apply to it.

Contributes to issue CURA-2407.

Terugduwen is a mistake. Prime is a printing term and should therefore not be translated.

Add invisible character to satisfy gettext 
This is a zero-width space. It should be invisible in the interface. It is required, however, because gettext breaks when it sees that the original text has \n and the translation doesn't. In this case, the \n is just our text though, and it is allowed to be in a different place in the translation. So I'm silencing gettext by adding a character in front of it.

cd45ef496b Handle materials which don't have any quality profiles of their own. Moved the quality_type computation code into the QualityManager.

8e26d63390 Get a list of ipadresses/hosts to check for UM3 printers... 
...in case discovery does not work. This uses the API to look up info on the printer instead of relying on zeroconf.

da4ea2e450 Better refresh button: now emits signal and re-instantiates zeroconf. 
Signal emits let the UI display an empty list.
Re-instantiation copes with network changes.
