f18c274825 Remove duplicate settings from quality profiles 
After https://github.com/Ultimaker/Cura/pull/8684 raft_airgap and speed_layer_0 existed twice in some of the quality profiles.
This commit fixes that by removing the old (calculated) values.

5bca31e37a Update setting version to 18 for libArachne release 
Although it is not entirely sure yet, we are fairly certain that libArachne release will have
a setting version of 18, so it is changed by this commit. With this change, the VersionUpgrader
will be properly triggered.

Contributes to CURA-7683 and CURA-7656

1c55fafe12 Modified raft settings: raft air gap, raft surface speed, speed layer 0 
Settings modified depending on the raft release experiemnets done for PLA, Nylon and ABS for AA0.4 print core for UMS3 and UMS5.

Upgrade setting_version to 16 
We have a change now that requires a version upgrade. This triggers all profiles to update for the user, and we must update accordingly in the built-in profiles.

Contributes to issue CURA-7118.

617b07061d Take support_enable into account when evaluating support_structure. 
Unsure whether this is necessary, but we decided to do this to make
the evaluation logically equivalent to the existing code currently
in master.

Set default infill density for tree support to 0% in profiles 
In profiles that overwrite the support infill density, also keep it 0% for tree support.
Except PVA profiles. Those are probably better off with their normal infill density.

Fixes #5297.

8d49d5a1b1 CPE and CPE+ Comb retractions 
In this commit I changed all CPE and CPE+ profiles to have a 50mm combing max distance without retraction. This should decrease blobs caused by combing long distances.
I also reverted the CPE infill back to triangles, as we now connect this infill type as well.

58a01816aa Remove quality profiles for PLA in the UMS5 with the CC 0.6 print core. 
PLA is compatible with the print core but we don't want to provide
profiles because they were not fully tested.

Contributes to CURA-5900.

9d5936492a TPU temperatures update 
Removal of all final and initial print temperature offsets, and huge increase in first layer print temperature. These changes should greatly improve first layer extrusion.

2a8a52c0d9 TPU 08 profiles cleanup 
Removed an unneccesary line and changed first layer print temperature formula to use the set temperature, and not the default temperature.
