Philippe Mathieu-Daudé 65132d39ac hw/xen/xen-hvm: Reduce included headers
Have "hw/xen/xen-hvm-common.h" include the bare minimal set
of headers. Adapt sources to avoid errors when refactoring
unrelated headers such:
