Thomas Huth 5f6a260fce tests/functional: Convert the hotplug_blk avocado test 
By using the serial console instead of ssh for executing commands
in the guest, we can convert this test to the functional framework.

Integration tests using the Avocado Framework

This directory contains integration tests. They're usually higher
level, and may interact with external resources and with various
guest operating systems.
