Philippe Mathieu-Daudé c951963043 hw/ide: Rename ide_init2() -> ide_bus_init_output_irq() ... ide_init2() initializes a IDEBus, and set its output IRQ. To emphasize this, rename it as ide_bus_init_output_irq().
