Daniel P. Berrangé beaf88c895 tests/functional: switch over to using self.scratch_file()
Replace any instances of

  os.path.join(self.workdir, ".../...")
  self.workdir + "/.../..."

with

  self.scratch_file("...", "...")

which is more compact and portable
