Stefan Hajnoczi 997ef293d2 Maintainer updates for testing, gitlab, gdbstub and plugins: 
- add dtc package to openbsd VMs
   - use -fno-stack-protector for non-stdlib tests
   - split alpha and sh4 compilers into legacy image
