Philippe Mathieu-Daudé 97cfb5e430 hw/isa: Remove empty ISADeviceClass structure 
ISADeviceClass is an empty class and just increase code
complexity. Remove it, directly embedding DeviceClass in
classes expanding TYPE_ISA_DEVICE.
