Greg Kurz 572ebd08b3 spapr/pci: Convert types to QEMU coding style 
The QEMU coding style requires:
- to typedef structured types (HACKING)
- to use CamelCase for types and structure names (CODING_STYLE)

Do that for PCI and Nvlink2 code.
