Paolo Bonzini 2eb6274d12 rust: remove uses of #[no_mangle] 
Mangled symbols do not cause any issue; disabling mangling is only useful if
C headers reference the Rust function, which is not the case here.

QEMU bindings and API wrappers

This library exports helper Rust types, Rust macros and C FFI bindings for internal QEMU APIs.

The C bindings can be generated with bindgen, using this build target:

$ ninja bindings.rs
