Remove the tsc210x touchscreen controller device, which was only used by the n800 and n810 and cheetah. The uWireSlave struct is still used in omap1.c (at least for compilation purposes -- nothing any longer calls omap_uwire_attach() and so the struct's members will not be used at runtime), so we move it into omap.h so we can delete tsc2xxx.h.
