hw: Fix qemu_allocate_irqs() leaks

Browse source 
Replace qemu_allocate_irqs(foo, bar, 1)[0]
with qemu_allocate_irq(foo, bar, 0).

This avoids leaking the dereferenced qemu_irq *.
