valgrind: avoid false positives in KVM_GET_DIRTY_LOG ioctl

Browse source 
struct kvm_dirty_log contains padding fields that trigger false
positives in valgrind. Let's use a designated initializer to avoid
false positives from valgrind/memcheck.
