Use OBJECT_DECLARE_TYPE where possible

Replace DECLARE_OBJ_CHECKERS with OBJECT_DECLARE_TYPE where the
typedefs can be safely removed.

Generated running:

$ ./scripts/codeconverter/converter.py -i \
  --pattern=DeclareObjCheckers $(git grep -l '' -- '*.[ch]')
