hw/misc/vmcoreinfo: Rename VMCOREINFO_DEVICE -> TYPE_VMCOREINFO
Follow the assumed QOM type definition style, prefixing with 'TYPE_', and dropping the '_DEVICE' suffix which doesn't add any value.
