nvram: Move the remaining CHRP NVRAM related code to chrp_nvram.[ch]

Browse source 
Everything that is related to CHRP NVRAM should rather reside in
chrp_nvram.c / chrp_nvram.h instead of openbios_firmware_abi.h.
