virtio-iommu: Implement set|unset]_iommu_device() callbacks
Implement PCIIOMMUOPs [set|unset]_iommu_device() callbacks. In set(), the HostIOMMUDevice handle is stored in a hash table indexed by PCI BDF. The object will allow to retrieve information related to the physical IOMMU.
