hw/arm/virt: Remove VirtMachineClass::smbios_old_sys_ver field

Browse source 
The VirtMachineClass::smbios_old_sys_ver field was
only used by virt-2.11 machine, which got removed.
Remove it and simplify virt_build_smbios().
