KVM: do not use sigtimedwait to catch SIGBUS

Browse source 
Call kvm_on_sigbus_vcpu asynchronously from the VCPU thread.
Information for the SIGBUS can be stored in thread-local variables
and processed later in kvm_cpu_exec.
