memory: Rename memory_region_init_ram() to memory_region_init_ram_nomigrate()

Browse source 
Rename memory_region_init_ram() to memory_region_init_ram_nomigrate().
This leaves the way clear for us to provide a memory_region_init_ram()
which does handle migration.
