memory: hide memory_region_sync_dirty_bitmap behind DirtyBitmapSnapshot

Browse source 
Simplify the users of memory_region_snapshot_and_clear_dirty, so
that they do not have to call memory_region_sync_dirty_bitmap
explicitly.
