Change "homing_origin" and "position" to support more than 4
components. Export a new "axis_map" value to describe the contents at
each component index.

Instead of passing arguments as parameters, pass them as a list (or
tuple). This simplifies the callers and makes it easier to pass
additional parameters.

Commit d40fd219 added support for defining extra axes, however that
change could break the M114 command. Update the code to fix M114.

If reset_last_position() is invoked prior to the printer being
"ready", then the transform may not be properly accounted for. Handle
this by calling reset_last_position() when the printer becomes
"ready".
This should fix some "must home first" errors on extrude-only moves.
