* src/*/CMakeLists.txt: adds SYSTEM to arget_include_directories()

* .gititnore: adds CMakeLists.txt.user and CMakeLists.txt.autosave

* deps_src/*/CMakeLists.txt: adds SYSTEM to arget_include_directories()

* removes #pragma once from .cpp file
