bc68b8eaf2 ExtruderSequenceDialog : 
Fixed layouts after the second opening of the dialog.
 (Removing any extruder from the sequence does not cause an incorrect layout)
Validation of entered values added
 (0 is not a valid value)

82fed1790a 3D connexion support on Linux: 
- Replace hidapi/linux/hid.c with the hidraw variant (link to udev)
- Add CMakeLists.txt for hidapi, refactor
- Add udev rules file (no installation so far)
