32c4cddb91 Ported the AboutDialog to C++, thanks @alexrj for the work. 
New "configuration" menu over the snapshots, user preferences etc.

Added: m_cc_presets_choice->UseAltPopupWindow();
       m_cc_presets_choice->EnablePopupAnimation(false);
like for wxCheckListBoxComboPopup
