7e34244b05 Refactored configuration handling. 
Slic3r::Config is now an object. Multiple partial config objects are used throughout the codebase as local repositories, then merged and serialized when necessary.

cd7ea418e2 Fix background logo on wxMSW. 
Wx::StaticText + Wx::StaticBitmap does not support transparent backgrounds on wxMSW; fixed by using a custom paint routine instead.
