Removed alwaysRunToEnd on animation since we would like the previous animation to stop if a user clicks through multiple intents triggering multiple animations.

For now it does nothing. But I'm adding a function that should cause the combobox to pulse. That'll be a new feature so I'm implementing it in a separate commit.

For some models we'd like to have the possibility to have rich text in the combobox. For some we'd like to prevent that, for instance to prevent the user from using colours in their profile names, or boldface, or even images.

We created a new set of icons for Cura. These icons had to be reverted though because they weren't working out in the interface for the last release yet.
This unreverts them, basically adding them back hoping that we'll get them fixed in time for the next release.

Subdivided the new icons in 3 size categories. As requested by UX
Used the company naming scheme for uniformity and easy recognition.
Known issues:
- Top/Bottom category wasn't taken into account by UX at the time. Since
this is a recent addition. Both the Walls and Top/Bottom will be updated.
- Cloud/Network connection icons 12px don't render correctly. Due to the
theme-ing.
- Extruder Icons do not render correctly.

The Cura.ComboBox component can now display a default text when there are no items in its model
and another text when there is no item selected.
