Give min_bead_width a default_value 
According to our specification, every setting needs to have a default_value.

As is, this setting prevents you from using the command line debug mode.

Differentiate even vs. uneven nr. of walls for add/split middle wall transitions. 
This replaces the single and confusingly named 'Line Compactness' with a set of 2 settings that give both more detailed control and will hopefully a bit easier to understand.

c3f26d4daa Move layer.enabled inside the child item in ExtruderIcon 
When it was in the outer item, it was causing the label to disappear when then extruder icon was getting disabled. Moving it inside the child item which has the opacity change seems to fix that issue.

Wall min flow doesn't make sense for Arachne. 
Any walls we get from Arachne should be printed, as such thin wall considerations are already taken into account when that is run.
