Don't correct bed origin any more
...
It's not needed with current versions of the Printrbot Simple version of Marlin, or even the version that the printers are shipped with. Thanks to tenten8401 for the debugging.

Sometimes it's out of sync. Sometimes even missing. Let's just not use that any more.
Contributes to issue CURA-4243.

Make 'other' the default category
...
This should make it a bit easier for others to create a new definition since there is less for them to 'have to know'. Previously they would be required to fill in as category Other, but now they can just leave the category out.

Correct y axis print head size for printrbot simple

Print head size settings for printrbot simple had y min and y max mixed up,
making "print one at a time" always print in the wrong order.

Mirror Y-axis of head polygon

Apparently, the machine homes to maximum-Y, so the open end of the machine is on the other side. I'm rotating it 180 degrees.

Machine head polygon with measured dimensions

The collision polygon of the machine head is rectangular, but the arm on which the nozzle hangs extends to the edge of the build plate on one side. These measurements were taken also by Calvindog717. The orientation is guessed. Usually the Y+ direction is towards the front... Let's hope it's good!
