825a3cd08f CURA-5570 Fix the configuration sync feature. 
It crashed Cura because it was using an outdated signature of the method
getMaterialNodeByType.

86be07b095 Refactored the config models so they they function are more stand alone units. 
The seperation of concern got a bit mixed up, as the printer output model was connecting the signals that the config model needed to function together.
With these changes it's now also possible to use the config model as a part of a printjob, since printjobs can also have a configuration

Adjust maximum zoom to printer size 
Previously the maximum distance you could zoom out was 2000. Now it's variable depending on how large your printer is. I've put it to 5 so that it works out to be approximately the same maximum zoom level for normal sized printers (like 25 cube build volume approximately).

This should make it possible to zoom out completely for large sized printers.

320d73c6e5 Retain 3MF mesh positions 
Contributes to CURA-5465

Fixed bug by preventing read jobs for 3mf files from being auto-arranged.

Boyscout changes:
- Fixed typo in `ThreeMFReader.py` (`splitted` → `split`)
- Fixed code style in `CuraApplication.py` (`filename` → `file_name`)

51c499b08c When the extruder is being disabled and it is the currently selected 
one, then switch to the default extruder. Also do not allow users to
click in a disabled extruder, only if they want to enable it again.

01a26b0360 CURA-5572 The scene was not updated when a Gcode was loaded. 
This fixes a bug that we introduced when fixing code style. This was a
bad translation.
