Refactor "Ultimaker Cloud" page in welcome wizard

Browse source 
The following changes have been done:
  - Text content changed
  - "Sign in" and "Create an account" buttons moved in the middle,
	under the main text
  - "Sign in" button changed to PrimaryButton format
  - "Finish" button changed to "Skip"
  - "Skip" button format changed
